My first purchase was through Amazon. I bought a Kuuipo ring and loved it so much that I went to their online store and found a matching bracelet. There was an issue with the tracking number but that was resolved quickly through email. I can't wait to see the bracelet. I highly recommend this store.

I have purchased so much jewellery from this place & always had great service. However my experience this time was horrible. The tracking on my package hasn't moved in 5 days but they refuse to do anything. They said to WAIT 21 DAYS for my order to arrive. Ridiculous, did even offer a partial discount for the delay - siting slow delivery except for the fact that I'm an eBay seller & know that shipments have NOT been moving slow at all. I'd never order from this joke of an establishment again. No Aloha in their spirit.
You placed your order on the 8/27 and we shipped on the next day 8/28. Our system will send out a shipping confirmation with tracking by the time we shipped. If you didn't receive it please check with your spam folder or we can resend it to your email. The tracking is showing it was delivered on 9/5. This is just what I wanted. Classy and beautiful. From the time I ordered everyone there was very professional. I received my order very timely about 1 week
I purchased a coral ring for our 35th wedding anniversary two month in advance of the special day (I rarely do this!). My Wife loved the ring and wore it often in the following week until the coral stone fell off. The setting looks undamaged so I contacted Arthur's via their website for repair guidance. Two weeks have gone by with no response and I was debating what to do next when I read the fine print about returns and exchanges. 30 days from the purchase date seems ridiculous given the time required for delivery. The fact that I received no response was even more disappointing. They have nice merchandise but I won't be a customer in the future.
I lost my silver ring that I had worn over 35 when I removed my gloves and threw them away. I found the silver plumaria band on eBay. It is beautiful and elegant and Has such a soft silver sheen. I couldn't have a better replacement.
I have at 3 different times purchased plumeria stud earrings; each in a different metal - one pair a gift to my daughter. We love them all! And each arrived to Colorado within 5, if not 4, days!

I ordered some items through Amazon and then also through Arthur's site directly, and I think the prices were higher on Amazon, so going directly to their website to browse and order may save you some money, especially with their free shipping offer (I think it was with an order of $75ish). Very happy with my experience and my purchases!
