My experience with Arsys.es, part of the Ionos group, has been extremely disappointing. Recently, I was offered a supposed gift of 10 GB of storage or backup which turned out to be another episode of deception on the part of the company.

Upon following the link provided to claim the 10GB of free storage, I found myself stuck in a maze of confusing options. After several unsuccessful attempts, I was forced to select a link that indicated "continue without protection", thus giving up the initial offer.

The most worrying thing about this situation is that, to access a gift that I never received, they asked for my credit card information. This practice is totally unacceptable and shows a lack of ethics on the part of the company. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promise of offering 10GB of storage, but they also attempted to obtain confidential information under false pretenses.

In summary, my experience with Arsys.es has been a real disappointment. Not only did they fail to fulfill their offer, but they also used questionable tactics to obtain personal data. This lack of transparency and honesty is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone due to their deceptive and unreliable behavior. I clarify that Arsys is a company of the IONOS group of which it was also a victim in the past.
