I placed an order and it still hasn't been shipped. I have not received any tracking number, and customer service has not responded to my emails.
The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. If this order is not resolved, I will dispute the charge with my bank.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from Aroma360.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Aroma360 has been extremely frustrating and feels deceptive.
I signed up believing I was entering a simple program, but quickly discovered that everything is tied to a confusing "VIP Department" that you can't actually reach. I spent nearly 50 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative while she repeatedly tried to connect me with their VIP team—she couldn't get through either. She promised I'd get a call back from management, but nobody ever followed up.
This company makes it impossible to cancel or resolve billing issues. Customer service is polite but powerless, and management is completely unresponsive. Based on my experience and the hundreds of complaints online (BBB, Trustpilot, news investigations), this is not an isolated issue—it's a pattern.
The products themselves are not worth the stress. The diffuser is unreliable, and the entire setup feels like a trap to lock customers into subscriptions or contracts that are very hard to escape.
Aroma360's practices are misleading, unprofessional, and border on predatory. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I bought a Wireless Pro diffuser from this company. It cost $250.00. I also bought the oil which was another $54.00. I also signed up for monthly refills on the oil. So I spent sdome serious money!
The diffuser arrived after 10 days. It didn't have any oil at all. Not even a sample to get started--and not the $54.00 full bottle I paid for.
I contacted Hotel Collection.com--the seller.
First they made me take pictures of the box and packing slip and QR code. Then after sending they ignored me.
Then when i pushed they sent me a $10.00 gift card. They don't sell anything that costs $10.00 so it was illusory.
Besides, I would never do business with this company again.
They stole my money and they won't do anything about it.
