They insisted on full payment before installation of software. We made full payment and their software is incomplete and not functional. All their features have bugs and cannot operate for business, totally not the same as they promised. Gave them 2 months to troubleshoot and yet they cannot complete and keep dragging our time. All their promises are empty and always not replying our messages. Worse of all, they insisted that they will not refund our money despite not able to deliver. They are a scam IT company cheating people's money and time. Please do not believe them.

A company to have a good reputation needs to have an exemplary customer service and so if this is lacking, it does not bode confidence for myself as a customer to continue using their products and services. Apart from resetting their scripts to suit them without letting us know, they also not have responded well to our support issues. This for me means I would not wish to use their products again if I were developing another website. If they can improve in these areas, I may reconsider, but for now I am looking elsewhere.

I bought the good product from the team for my business. I was really impressed with the service and the software actually meets all the terminologies. I looked for some updated features in the software and really it was up to the mark. The company was incredibly good and patient in providing customization services. I would like to thank the team for the excellent support and might be looking to go for further purchase if needed.

I was thinking about to start my business website then I approached the team to get the software. Firstly I was really satisfied with the response I received from them. I got a clear explanation about the product details that really helped me out to choose the product. Later, I purchased the software from them it was working well. The company just provided the software the way I expected and would like to thank the team for the support.

The website is very user-friendly and the price was HALF of what I was expecting to pay. Checkout was easy and clear. My problem with the site is that they were late sending my package and my project was delayed. I want to wait for two extra days. Apart from that their work is good, I will use the arm mlm software again.

We have built our multi level marketing website with arm mlm company. We came with only an idea of what we wanted and arm mlm brought that idea to life. It was a pleasure working with arm mlm team. The whole process, from the initial step to the finishing touches, was extremely well organized. As well, their skills on both the design and programming sides were much better than anyone I had worked with before. All in all it was a great experience working with them, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future.

I will give a fair and honest review! At first, i gave a very negative reviews because i was frustrated with the way things are done! So i can understand why there are some negative reviews calling armMLM scammers! These people need to be a little bit more patience because editing of cpanel is needed! This is why use your own hosting provider! Anything unsure, contact your own provider to edit the cpanel! ArmMLM only use your cpanel to integrate their software, don't expect them to edit your cpanel!

I admire ARMmlm Customer service, although with limited english, he is really patient, tbh, i even scolded vulgrarities because i am really impatient, but he handled it very well! Well done.

Now for customization and website design, i am not sure what are you expecting at a very cheap price? ARMmlm only provide MLM software, that's it! And is already one of the cheapest! You can get a freelancer to do customization and design!

So a well-deserved 5 star! Very well-done, i am ordering their open script! So, if you want to order from arm mlm, BE PATIENT! THEY ARE NOT SCAMMERS!

This software is one of the better functioning in the multi level marketing industry. Good technical support! I use this system for long time. I was happy with everything.
