Sizing is not true to size but most of all their return policy is a joke! 10 days to make a return is the most unfriendly customer service policy I've ever seen. When I asked the person at the register why they have this policy, she stated something about how they manufacture their clothes and wanting to preserve the integrity of their unique clothing. They might be able to keep some customers if they stated this clearly on their website or told you when you checked out at a store. I will NOT be shopping here again!

Love their puffers!

I'm so glad that Aritzia got into the winter puffer business! As someone who's always been spending upward of $1000 on a winter jacket, the superpuffs are such good value! They keep me so warm and they feel really light and moveable on the body, not the mention the color and fabric selection *chef's kiss* I own 3 puffers from them now. 4 puffers if you could the none-superpuff line. Only see myself getting more.

This girl on TikTok was fat shamed by an employee who told her the bralette wouldn't fit her (how the f she know her size?!?!? The audacity and fatphobia) and freaking TOOK THE BRALETTE AWAY FROM HER. Never shop here until they address it.

I discovered this store today and found many items i loved. I usually buy all the clothes i like and try them on at home again to make sure my boyfriend likes them too. When i get to the cash, they say that the sale is final because it is on special, when literally all the clothes in their store are on special of 8-10$. This store is dishonest, if they want to sell something 90$, they upprice it to 98$ so they can "discount" it at 90$. I am very bitter about my experience and will not be returning there unless they change their in-store return policy, especially since online we can return stuff.

When I returned the item because it didn't fit I received a credit instead of a refund.
The return policy said I would receive a refund.

It's beyond me why they still haven't improved their customer service when their customers have been vocal for years about it being off.

Yes their aesthetics are on point.
But no way is that enough for me to keep pouring my money into their pockets for unwelcoming, unhelpful service and the hit or miss quality of their clothing.
Done with you Aritzia, you're welcome for the ridiculous amount of money I put into your pockets till now.

I love Aritzia's clothing but their customer service is awful. For the price we pay you'd think we'd be appreciated more. I bought a body suit online which came damaged with a few snags. When i reached out to customer service, all they could offer me was a 15% refund because it was on sale... any other company would refund the entire purchase or exchange. So dissapointing and its no wonder Aritzia has such awful reviews. I hope they rethink their return/exchange policy before enough people get fed up with it.

I'm pretty happy with the Aritzia customer care experience. I got a Babaton tank top and it came with a stitch that had popped out. When I pulled the stitch it created a hole. I was pretty freaked out since I already took the tags off. I called the customer care and they told me they'd reach out to get some pictures in a couple hours. In 5 minutes they reached out, reviewed my images and ordered me another tank top within the hour. I however do need to send back the top with the hole in it and wait for a return while they charged my card for the new top. That kinda sucks but overall I'm pretty satisfied.

One of my favorite stores

People are very attentive in-store, the girls are always willing to grab you clothes or recommend pieces they like. Returns are very easy since everything is tracked with your phone number so usually they can find it through your profile instead of you searching for the receipt. Shipping usually takes 3-4 days.

I find it appalling how Aritzia continues to employ racist staff members that lack common sense. I used to work at one of the locations, and heard the girls on multiple occasions, talk down on the customers and make racist remarks about them behind their backs (not to mention bully staff members of colour).
Although I do acknowledge them for firing one of the managers for her racist remarks and for gaslighting a former employee on social media during the beginning of the BLM movement back in March, they happen to sweep the other cases under the rug. In fact even with this particular manager, I had talked to other managers about her treatment of staff members of colour, and every person I had spoke to had ignored it (since they weren't on the receiving end of the hateful treatment).
The worst girl I had worked with was always rude to the three Asian girls working there, and made subtle racist comments like "oh, I'm helping that customer with the thin eyes," or dealt with customers who were not fluent in English with little respect. I don't understand why Aritzia keeps on employing people like this, and they need to make better choices.

I liked aritzia because they had petite clothing Ans I am tiny. I purchased a kitten sweater that was 78.00. I wore it twice. I washed it on delicate by itself and the entire sleeve fell off... I was very disappointed because I loved the sweater. I contacted them. They said I needed to send an email with photos. I sent that. They never contacted me back. I then followed up with them weeks later. They agreed to give me store credit which I was okay with. They said I needed to bring the sweater in though. I am a travel nurse so I don't carry useless things around with me in my car. I documented the photos and threw the sweater away. They refused to give me any store credit without the item even though I have the photos and pictures of a sweater with no sleeve and a hole in the other sleeve. I will never shop at this store again because they have poorly made clothes and an even worse customer service.

So gross

I ordered a body suit in White and received a product that was stained. In the crotch area, looked like a period stain that someone had tried to wash out. And their exchange policy for something like this was terrible. I had to re-order the item and repay, while I sent back the dirty item and wait for my refund. So basically, I had to pay twice for this one item, and wait to get my money back for the original. What if I was someone who couldn't afford to buy this item twice and wait for a refund?
If the reason for my return / exchange was MY choice (it didn't fit or I didn't like it) then I wouldn't complain about the way this was done, but the item that was shipped to me was dirty and clearly worn by another person. It's unsanitary. They should have shipped me the new item without me having to re-buy it, and I would return the dirty one I received. The reason for my return / exchange was because of THIER product and lack of quality control. I won't be purchasing online from here again. If ever, I'll wait to shop in store so I can actually see what I'm buying. The fact that this item ever left their warehouse is disgusting.

I bought a bunch of clothes online and some fit and some didn't. I packaged up the stuff that didn't fit to return it and then came to find out that the return label was only support by fedex (no fed ex Depot in my small town) so I drove out of town to drop it off, only to find out its slightly after the return policy deadline. I emailed them and explained there was no store in my town, no fed ex Depot, as well as the stores are closed due to the COVID pandemic! And the lady's answer was "sorry but we cannot process your return" like it's hundreds of dollars in clothes that don't fit/I don't like on my body and still have the tags on it and I'm stuck with all of it? You only have 14 days to return, yet it took 8 of the 14 to even ship to me. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't care about their customers... they're just there to price gauge you and then turn the other cheek when something isn't right.

Don't shop here, go somewhere else that actually cares about it's customers! I would give it a zero star if I could.

I've been buying from Aritzia almost exclusively the past years. I'm not only an avid customer, I've promoted their clothes and brand to everyone I know, bought gifts to my family from Aritzia, offered suggestions to improve some of the functions online,... But since winter 2020, I have had three different garment failures following their purchase.

One was a long sleeve top I wore a few times but the stitches became undone without reason or pulling out mistreatment from my side.

One was a very expensive high quality wool sweater that shrunk so abusively that I cannot believe the reviews online saying they love it... I washed it by hand very carefully but the staff accused me of not following proper washing instructions. I could barely wear the thing anymore because it shrunk so badly and they assume I have put 120$ in the washer and hung it by laziness, which I find insulting. They added that it needed to not be agitated and other details that don't even appear on the website for care instructions, which, knowing how badly it needed not to be moved in the water at all, I would have followed to the letter if they had bothered saying so before.

The other was another wool sweater I bought which fit amazingly until I washed it... Same story. Washed by hand, hung flat, and yet even the sleeves were too short after that.

They agreed to a one time exchange of the sweater into a bigger size, but after that told me that my other sweater and issues must have been my fault. Given how much I loved this company and supported them, I feel slighted... an employee at the store assumed the same thing when I mentioned to them the shrinkage, and another one who initially answered my email as well... Despite telling them exactly how I washed the sweater.

I have had only a good experience with them before that. Some clothes were not as great as I expected, yeah, some piling, some things getting old and thin fast after a few washes, but most of all good price, great quality, very nice service.

Today though... I think I am done with them. It's a bit sad to say that after the answer of one employee, but if that's their policy when it comes to issues after spending over 400$ on 3 items, they exchange one and tell me to figure out the other half of that purchase for myself... I don't know. I feel like my value as a customer isn't being fully seen.

On top of that, those washing i ssues don't seem to be mine alone but they ignore it. I wrote my reviews expecting nothing, then they stepped in to ask me photos and what was wrong, only to tell me in the end it's my fault. My reviews were not published because they were too negative I assume, but given the warnings they hold for other people, I don't think that it's fair. Especially when it comes to garments that they won't replace, offer compensation for, or at the very least modify their washing instructions to specify the details they only bothered to tell me once it was too late.

Flawed order

My first online international shopping experience with Aritzia was very disappointing. I received the Wilfred twirl black skirt with a white mark on it and threads coming from it. I paid 150 USD for the skirt in addition to the custom charges, but now I will have to return it. Aritzia claims on its website that it incorporates eco-friendly policies. But sending flawed pieces to your international customers will only lead to having these pieces shipped back again causing an easily avoidable environmental damage.
