I received several of these yaggi antennas from Arc antennas with no issues over the past several months. These antennas are very securely packaged and are well built, weather resistant and durable. They have 7.2 Db gain and work very well for my application. Requires cutting elements for tuning. Cutting charts were not provided in the box. Caused me a bit of delay on the first one I installed as I had to look up info online and was in a location my smartphone didn't work. Ugh
I ordered it, It arrived in a timely fashion, and works great, just as advertised!

I receive the antenna promptly but it took me several days to connect. Initially the connection was not making contact because both connections were female. I had to adapt and make a connection between both female connectors. I did that today, but I have not Completely tested it.

A solution to my non-compatibility issue due to a bad description on the product listing was to do business with another company to make it right. This was offered by the President of Arcadian!
He claimed they have little to no experience with BNC connections on a coax and couldn't help me any further.
I am completely glad I didn't spend much more here than a small sample order of antennas for a couple vehicles.
