I turned off auto renew and it renewed anyway. I saw the charge on my account the morning after it posted. I called them and they filed a request for refund which was denied. Because I was outside the 3 day window. I don't see how I was outside the window when I called the morning after the payment processed.

I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up for this service. The "matches" I've been sent don't coincide with my preferences--at all. In my opinion you won't meet as many people and Match. And honestly I haven't met anyone from this site so far. But at least I can see it happen.
