Ordered replacement gravel media for my neutralizer system. Representative on phone calculated amount needed, and arranged for extra gravel to be added to the bag at no cost!

I bought my original neutralizer system from Aqua Science, and when looking for parts & supplies I always end up back on their website because of the low, very competitive prices and shipping. I love how they don't have low price come-ons and then rip you off with expensive shipping like most sites.

This was the first time I called customer support and it was a great experience, I should have called them long ago when I was installing the system. The representative seemed very knowledgeable; usually I know more than the support rep when I call, but not here! Now I have a go-to expert. I highly recommend Aqua Science for DIY'ers.

I would rate my experience higher, but they are lousy at responding and getting back to their customers; it was like pulling teeth. Once I had their attention, they were great, but it was not possible to keep their attention.

Black plastic ring at the bottom of the well tank was missing. After contacting customer service, they said the new tanks don't have them and their pictures to reflect that on the website have not been updated yet.

The product did not work correctly at first. Customer service replied quickly and tried to resolve the issue. Unfortunately they weren't very knowledgeable about the electric circuit issue I was having. But I was able to get it to work correctly and hope it will continue to.

Everything arrived on time and in good condition except the cap on the top of the tank was broken upon opening. Customer service assured me it was covering an opening used to secure tank while painting and would not affect function of the tank.
