I tried to cancel a payment cuz the bank told me it wasn't gonna be successful. I don't know why it didn't work. This is the 2nd time it failed. I tried using PayPal. You can use it like a bank account, you get a account # & a routing #. There's a $15 fee if the payment is unsuccessful. Ok so I contacted APS, asking them to cancel the payment so I wouldn't be charged the $15 fee. Well guess what they can't cancel payments. They use a 3rd party payment place. So basically anytime a customer wants to cancel a payment they can't & APS gets to charge $15! Which actually comes out to be $16 something. Talk about some shady business practices. How is this even ok? I can barely afford my bill each month as it is, and now I gotta pay $16 more. It's not my problem APS can't cancel payments. So the girl I talked to said she'd make a note on the account & I wouldn't be charged. BUT I'd have to pay in person using cash only. Which I usually do anyway. But tried something different & wish I hadn't. I contacted APS & explained I wasn't supposed to be charged. Check the account for a note regarding this. All he did was explain what I already knew. Thanks A. J. I asked him what time did the successful payment go through & what time did they try & it was unsuccessful? His answer was what days not the times. Cheese & rice really! So I ended the chat telling him I'm not paying it.

Fast Service Great Utility

We received our bulbs in record time. APS provides excellent service in today's "anti-energy" political climate. Keep up the good fight, you have friends out here cheering you on.

Looking good. My only issue was connecting to my Wi-Fi. I think it's my cable modem and/or my wi-fi not the thermostat. I had to use the power extender so it took me a couple of hours to install. But installation directions are good.

This is one company I am happy with. Refreshing. Told me I was overpaying (some arcane thing) and refunded my money. I would never have known. When in doubt, call.
