I've never built a phone app before and Appypie makes it possible to do so without knowing any coding. But, there was a point, for my situation, where I realized I needed to use their api for my unique situation. Appypie walked me through it. Both via email and their instant chat support. When I just need a quick question answered, they have the instant chat and with the real techie questions I had they sent me right to their Level 2 Engineer. The chat box support is great because, you want to finish your app, and you can make important decisions on the spot as your building it, rather than having to wait for an email-yet, even with email, Appypie responds promptly and they always end their emails saying not to hesitate to get back with them if you have any further questions. I have gone back to them a lot and they were great. What makes a great service is the support, and Appypie has that.
