Vik answer all my questions and helped me step by step on the issues I faced. Since a few weeks ago when I got tha program I´ve been treated very well.
The chat support I received from Vik was quick, concise and resolved all of my issues. I am testing the Zopim app for my department and Vik was able to help me with getting the app to work properly in my test app so that could move forward with testing. Even though this wasn't part of my initial concern, his help also removed some other roadblocks regarding features I'd been looking to previously verify (such as transitional ads). Keep up the great work!
Appypie has awesome customer service. They reply fast & I've used the 800 number which is a huge plus. Most developers are impossible to get in touch with as if they are on Mars, but Appypie is on Planet Earth & they ROCK!
This is the first time I've ever actually taken the time to write a review for ANY company. But Appy Pie deserves it. I am not even a paying customer yet, I just wanted to test their platform because I'm having some issues with my current provider. However, they have treated me like I'm paying them for top level service! I can't wait to see what happens when I actually buy a plan. In my opinion, the competition isn't even close; and, I've been using a couple of others, and researching them all. Appy Pie you've got a new lifetime client if you keep this up. P.S. If Nick answers your chat support call, he is awesome, I made a most basic code mistake and he acted like it was nothing at all! Thanks for the help and understanding!

We've tried them all, and AppyPie is the best. That's not to say AppyPie is not without the occasional issue but when issues arise, they are lightning quick in remedying a situation.
