Subject: This website wasted about half an hour of my time and felt deliberately non-transparent.
My review in a nutshell: It was about 30 minutes that I spend answering around 30 questions, that time was utterly wasted as I value my time a lot as a med student. And this is my third review on this website across other different websites, which has taken about 3 hours of my time, without exaggeration, and THESE 3 hours have NOT been wasted.
Personal experience: I was scrolling on YouTube, and this was advertised. Such things tend to make a person grow curious, which happened to me. Clicking on the link and following through exactly as the site advised, which it did very clearly and thoroughly.
1. I was not informed that it would ask for payment in the end,
2. Asked for email,
3. Access to my device's camera,
4. Did not offer transparency.
My reaction: I was upset. I did not want to bad mouth already, post anything that was not hundred percent true or anything I was NOT sure of.
My response: I looked up the web, and realized I was not the only one experiencing this. And this website does not inform users of several things.
Result: I looked it up to make sure I wasn't overreacting and found many others reporting the same experience. Going further, I found numerous complaints about unexpected subscription charges, often ranging from $20 to $50, with users stating this was not clearly disclosed before entering payment details.
Discomfort: This service appears to be widely promoted and easy to come across. When it doesn't even offer transparency. And also appears to have such other reviews mentioned in the results.
Tactics: One last thing I won't put as professionally. My date of birth was asked as well. July. July 12. I'm a cancer, my star sign. Every cancer is famous for gentle, loving, and compassionate for God's sake. Baiting you with nothing new into something that is not even safe to continue with.
