We bought a gas washing machine but we use propane gas, so we needed a converter. We looked at all the large box stores and the appliance repair shops locally with no luck. A friend told us about you so we ordered the part. Ordering the part was so easy as we had help with every step. Even the instructions were easy to follow, as we are not appliance repair people at heart. The chat was instant with somebody to help. I can't rate the 800 number as we never had to use it because the chat was so easy and quick. My husband said replacing the part was easy enough he thinks he is now to be called an appliance repair man...

AppliancePartsPros is a great site for appliance parts. They have a fairly extensive selection of parts, particularly for older model appliances. Plus, they have Simon. Simon is a repairman who makes videos demonstrating in detail how to install many of the parts that AppliancePartsPro sells. Prices are competitive, shipping is fast.

My dryer stopped heating and I started doing some Internet searches to understand why. I found that it could 1-2 different issues. Thanks to appliancepartspro.com, I was able to purchase the right parts and watch their video in how to replace it. It was VERY easy and saved me money by not having to call a professional. Overall the price was good, service was excellent. Fedex had issue with package and had to return to them due to label unreadable. Customer service shipped another one out as soon as they heard it was being returned. When part did arrived, I was surprised to see if was only in an insulated bad. Part was slightly damaged due to it not being in a box, some plastic broke off and the terminals were slightly bend.
