Terrible Quality & Awful Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs!
I deeply regret purchasing the AOVO G63 electric scooter. The product is completely defective, and the company's customer service is just as bad. πŸ”΄ Major Issues: Speed Limitation – Despite being advertised as a dual 1200W motor scooter, it barely reaches 20 km/h, making it useless for a high-performance ride. Non-Functional Gears – Gears 1 & 2 do not work at all, forcing me to use Gear 3, which still doesn't perform as expected. Warped Brake Discs – The brakes are noisy and unsafe, showing clear signs of poor manufacturing. Battery Lock Defect – The battery doesn't secure properly, making the ride unstable and dangerous. πŸ”΄ Horrible Customer Service: After reporting the issues, the company responded slowly and unprofessionally. They offered a replacement but never sent it, and now they expect me to pay insanely high return shipping costs for their faulty product. They are completely unresponsive and avoid taking responsibility for their terrible product. 🚨 Final Verdict: DO NOT waste your money on this overpriced and unreliable scooter. AOVO sells defective products and refuses to support their customers. I will never buy from them again, and I strongly recommend you look for a more reputable brand instead.

I bought an electric scooter directly from the AOVOPRO website. With less than a year of use, the display came off, and the battery had a drastic drop in performance (delivering around 50% of the initial capacity). I contacted the customer service of the website and substantiated my claims with photos, videos, and screenshots from my scooter's app. The person responsible for my assistance - Olivia, who had been responding promptly, offered me a new display and battery, which I thought was a great solution. However, I decided to inquire about the battery replacement process. Olivia promptly sent me a video tutorial on how to perform the replacement. After watching the video, I realized that it required cutting and connecting wires on the scooter's battery. Considering that I lack electrical or mechanical repair skills, I found it very risky to attempt this task, as I could potentially end up damaging the scooter further, which, despite its issues, still functions. Faced with this, I proposed to Olivia that, instead of taking the risk of this repair, I would prefer to receive a voucher equivalent to the value of the offered parts: the new display and battery, in the form of a discount on the website for the purchase of a new scooter. This way, as a consumer, I would have an additional expense, BUT I would have the assurance of owning a fully functioning scooter. Following this proposal, the person responsible for my assistance simply STOPPED responding to me. I sent this email with my counterproposal on 26/10, and after several days without a response, I sent a new email on 30/10, still without a reply. It is absurd to leave a customer with a problem that has already been verified talking to themselves. If this solution was not possible, at the very least, it should have been communicated, and a dialogue should have been maintained to find a reasonable solution. I am completely dissatisfied, not only with the product, which has shown an extremely short lifespan - almost disposable - but also with the customer service that simply leaves a consumer without a response, even after acknowledging the existence of a problem that should be resolved.

Product arrived unusable. Customer service is terrible. Beyond terrible. Received a refurbished unit that is supposed to be in working order and it arrived with a punctured tire. Aovopro refuses to fix it. Working with their customer service has been a nightmare. Based on reviews, if your product breaks, good luck!

Poor shopping experience

I bought the scooter for the first time at aovopro.com and it cost more than 300 dollars. I am looking forward to this product, but the quality of the product is particularly poor. I am very sad.

SO BAD

Not worth 1 star the only time I get a reply is wen I put a bad review they emailed me bk saying if I edit my review they will definitely help me the spelling was poor. I payed through PayPal pay in 3 so i started a complaint with them and the replied through them saying they will send me out a battery that i refused as i wouldn't have a clue how to change the battery also it could be the battery charging port as i know the charger is working? I again edited my review for others to see, again they then emailed my email address saying they will repair my scooter free of charge but looking at 4 wks before its returned in working order? On other reviews some people have sent them bk and never heard anything since there is no phone number etc im so depressed as im left in debt for something that didn't work after it died how are they getting away with this? I was sure I was ordering of the official site n still its scammers I dont know who to trust
