I felt completely ignored by this website

I ordered something over a month ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I feel completely ignored. This is not how a professional company should operate. JEREMIAH （＋１５０９５４２－７６０８）was able to get my medication successfully. A little generosity goes a long way.
