Arrived on time though the box was drop kicked a bit

Got an Xbox Series X on day one. Had several questions during the pre order regarding how payment would be done, when will I be billed, etc. Every question I had I emailed customer service and support and usually within a couple hours I would get a response back with an answer to my questions. Even on Sundays, or after business hours, I would get an email back from them helping me. Product came as ordered and on time!

I have NO idea why people don't use this company. I was panicking when I read the 1 star reviews, but I had none of those problems. I was able to get my shipping information within 2 days, and get a new Ps5 in under a week. I really was worried that this wasn't going to turn out well, but I can't understand why people hate on this company so much, with the speed and delivery I had experienced.

Received my order as expected as the correct item with no issues. Would recommend again.
