Great service, notification and customer service. I received my items in a timely fashion.

One of the few places that had the console left during the pre-order rush, and managed to snag a bundle. A bit extra but I don't mind having an extra elite controller.

The delivery and tracking was sent out several days ahead of time and I got the package Wednesday (and it launched Tuesday) which was nice. I don't mind the extra day of waiting to get my sweet new xbox haha.

I was able to preorder the PS5 days before its release. The bundle was at a reasonable price and I got it delivered really fast and received it a day after its release. Outer box was open when it arrived, needed more tape

The experience I had was flawless. I tried searching everywhere for an Xbox Series X and found this bundle. I was able to get one and had it shipped to me. It came with the console, Elite 2 remote and game pass. It's a great bundle and I definitely recommend to those trying to get it.
