So i managed to purchase a ps5 bundle on one of their restocks which i was really exited about finally being able to get until they decided to send it to me via ups. 1st attempt wednesday. Missed delivery, 2nd attempt thursday. Missed delivery and 3rd attempt friday. Missed delivery. Ive been tracking this package since the day i purchased it and i work long hours monday to friday and live on my own and all these attempt have been made while i was at work. I went on ups website to schedule a delivery at a time when im home from work or on a weekend but because this store puts such restrictions i the receiver have no word about how and when it gets delivered. I called antonline about this and they said there is nothing they can do and that ill get refunded 10 days after the package gets back to them. Really really horrible experience. My 1st and last with them. Dont understand why they wont let me change the delivery time so ups tries to deliver after 6pm or on a weekend.

I bought an xbox, but apparently clicked the wrong model accidentally. I immediately called them and they wouldn't cancel the order, even though it was not yet shipped. I emailed as well and they repeatedly said they would not cancel it. When returning it I had to pay $30 shipping and pay nearly $100 "restocking fee". Absolutely insane scumbags. For the rest of my life I will caution anyone against buying from them.

Do not buy from this company. At any moment you have any issues with your order, their support staff will do absolutely nothing to help with the most generic reply backs, will choose not to answer and / or show no interest in helping. I'm out a Playstation 5 bundle where the bundle items came in the box they shipped but the console was missing. They refused to work with me or UPS to locate my item or continue a claim.
I've purchase from them before and I know they have are legit, but to ask me to figure it out on my own with UPS with zero guidance, or tell me to make a claim with my "home insurance" even though I have evidence it was lost or stolen before it arrived to my home and a police report is absolutely terrible and a wreck to deal with.
I sent the rest of the bundle items to UPS to persue a claim / investigation in the hope they would locate it, only to find out UPS tells me to continue, to communicate with the sender in the regards to do the claim, which they of course will not help me with.
Now I'm out the rest of the bundle, and my entire payment to Antonline, UPS refused to help due to legal obligations to the sender.
I seriously have not ever had a bad experience as dealing with a business like this. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company and will share this wherever I can. I would have not purchased a Playstation 5 in a bundle form from Antonline in the first place if it where not for availability. Do not run any risk buying from them at any cost, even though the chances of this occuring to you might seem very low. DO NOT RISK BUYING FROM THEM, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Your package WILL be stuck in limbo if you order from this company and happen to have a life. They will REQUIRE that you be at home to sign for the package from UPS without telling you this when you order. If you have a day job, they will perpetually send UPS, when you can't sign off, and then REFUSE to change delivery options at all to allow for pickup at a UPS location or leaving at your door. Customer service had the AUDACITY to tell me I should let UPS fail to deliver it to me a third time, then REORDER from their horrible site to likely have the exact same thing happen. Their "customer policy" doesn't allow for changes to your delivery options AT ALL and they restrict UPS from delivering ANY OTHER WAY on the sender end. I have NEVER heard of a company that does such an absurd thing. Do not order. You will not get your $#*!. And you will lose a lot of time, money, and brain cells.
They had a collectors edition of Halo Infinite and they shipped it day of release. USPS took their time getting it to me but that isn't the fault of ANTOnline
After purchasing an ink cartridge, I decided to purchase some gaming consoles for my family. I noticed that Ant Online was selling them, though very pricey with taking advantage of supply shortages and forcing bundle sales. I decided to buy some. I bought a Series S Bundle, and Xbox Bundle and a PlayStation Bundle. All these transactions were on different days and entirely independent of one another. Well, I noticed that one of my transactions were cancelled. No explanation, no communication. Nothing. After reaching out, they responded with the attached.
No, "I'm sorry", or "Let me explain"... no. Straight to " You are a criminal"!. Dude, Ive bought more than just consoles from you. I've bought your stupid high price bundles so my family can have a good Christmas. I regret ever buying anything from this place. The thousands of dollars I spent went to an awful, awful organization.

I had went through many reviews... the neutral or negative was focused on the lack the customer service and those problems. I decided to chance it and I'm glad I did. I'm very satisfied with the quick shipping.
I'm waiting multiple days for my order to be shipped so I send a message asking when its going to be shipped. I then get a reply saying my order has been cancelled at my request...
