U might be hesitant with making a purchase with Antonline because of the reviews. Trust me, I was questioning my purchase as well. I managed to secure a PS5 preorder from antonline 2 months before release. The order confirmation was kinda vague but keeping track of my order status was easy. I was able to see right when my order shipped. The delivery part took longer than I expected, BUT everything went smooth and easy. Maybe this company has received flack in the past for returns and customer service but if you're making a purchase that you know you're going to keep than trust Antonline. Consumers should always be aware of a companies return policies/ standards and expect for the worse when it comes to that. It's hard to deal with those things in general. I have to say, I'm happy with my purchase. Thank you ANTONLINE.
I did successfully receive my order. It was in a box that was larger than necessary, and there was no padding or packaging insulation. So far no issues but would it have killed them to throw in some styrofoam or air padding?
I would like to say that I had a good experience ordering from antonline, I received my order exactly the day they said it would arrived. At first I had my doubts because of all the negative reviews it had but I would definitely order again.
Giving this 1 star now because when I tried to redeem my 3 months of GamePass, it said I already used the code. I immediately emailed customer service and have not had a reply yet. Once this issue is resolved I will change to 5 Stars.
Asides from a small dent on the controller box, everything look great! Prompt shipping. Plus they sent an email with a code to $70 gift card for a replacement for a delayed game. I'd vouch the ANTOnline.
Luckily got in a PS5 preorder with antonline. The communicated well when a game in the bundle was going to be unavailable due to a Sony decision and switched to PSN credit, which is great. Shipment was received very shortly after launch day, so a great experience overall!

Everything was great with the exception of the packaging. More packing materials inside of the box to protect the electronics would have been appreciated as the box was a bit mangled upon receipt.

All those other big retailers completely messed up pre orders for the ps5. I seen bundle just sitting on Antonline so I purchased the ps5 as fast as possible. It was sitting there for 3 days and now everyone wants a system from antonline. Most trusted site and I will use it again!
