The shoes have NO support and dealing with them is a joke. After asking for a refund and sending them paperwork with the 30 day guarantee, they offered a 10% discount. I'm still dealing with them and waiting for the refund. STAY AWAY!
They send the wrong items and you cannot find an address to return the item--DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM-- there should be NO STARS1

I received a notice from them in the package where they mentionned to not complaint with Paypal and credit card. I made a complaint to Paypal and they solved the problem right away!
I ordered from an online ad offering Clarks Diabetic Walking shoes (along with other pairs not claiming to be Clarks) BUT when I received my order, the "Clarks" shoes were definitely NOT Clarks (besides the wrong color and peppered with glitter). I contacted the company for a refund and return label to send the impostors back (also sent a picture of shoes and the shipping label as they requested). However, they claim their website description is correct and offered an insulting 10% refund. 10% is not enough for the cost of real Clarks. I do have proof of their claim for Clarks when I ordered but now they have removed "Clarks" from their website description. The company is in China (as I learned later) and the seller name is Lehony. Antoniglobal is the parent company.
