There was a substantial problem with the payment process, that is, my card was not being accepted. After getting the message across they set up to take control of my computer and get the payment made. I was a little concerned about this but it likely is OK.

I do not plan to install the software for about two more weeks but I do not expect any problem. If I have a problem I shall let you know.

Everything went fine except that my subscription date didn't update with remaining time. Just set time only for new time of software, problem being there still remained several months.

So far it has been good. I am a novice with computers so I am in hopes that the installation of this product is as easy as the purchase process. ADDED NOTE: The antivirus company actually installed it free of charge online. I allowed them to control my computer and they did it in less than an hour.

Lisa was excellent help on the chat. I'm not sure if I would buy again due to setting up of account and address. Not a big deal but it's working now. I would probably buy again if price is right.
