After many phone calls to antenna deals they finally responded with several emails
Jim said his techs were ready to help. After doing every thing his techs said including moving the antenna 4 times, changing RG6 cables, hooking up to TV2
Port vs TV1 port, somewhere about 20+ TV scans and several other things, nothing helped. Had to read emails with Jim glorifying his product and acheivements. He still finally said it was my TV tuner and I was a hater. Well I knew that wasn't true. I bought and installed a CM 3018 rated for 60 miles(towers 38 miles away here in north Tampa) and have no problem getting all channels from 2-69 when 2 of his lava 2605 didn't work and would only pick up channels 16.6 thru 66.6. It cost me several dollars more for the CM3018 but hours less of frustration, phone calls to his tech staff and reading his smug emails.

I ordered it from antennaDeals website. Got it in 3 days. Installed it with ease. Since I didnot order the mounting post, I used a 5 metal conduit to mount it on ( 3/4 inch is fine for me, but I think a larger size conduit is better). I got 67 channels from the antenna. Its certainly a cord cutter deal. I will certainly disconnect and return the cable box to save monthly $$$
