I ordered five items of clothing and they are beyond terrible! The tops they sent were not even close to resembling the items featured on the picture on their website! Buyer beware, this company is a scam from China! I attempted to email them several times in order to get assistance in returning the items. This is extremely difficult to do as their website is Not User friendly! I finally went on live chat and got some computer responses, such as offering to refund me 15% of my order! A complete insult considering shipping alone cost me $35. The next message I got informed me that it would be an extremely expensive cost to me to attempt to send the order back to China.
I will NEVER order from them again and would like to warn others that their ads and pictures are very flashy and eye catching but FAKE! This will be an expensive lesson to NEVER order anything from China! I also wasted a lot of time and energy in ordering and attempting to return items!
Stay away from Annie Cloth!

I was hopeful. The tasseled sandals were cute on the site but are so cheaply made. Liked like they were made with felt rather than faux suede. My tops were not made proportionally. Cheap is cheap. Nice on the site but awful in person. Sorry Annie Cloth. Never again.

TOTAL SCAM I BOUGHT OVER 300$ WORTH OF CLOTHES AND NOT ONE LOOKED LIKE THE PICTURE NOT EVEN CLOSE. IF YOU WANT TO RETURN YOU NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO CHINA! LETS GET TOGETHER AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE NO LONGER ALOWED TO SELL. THIS IS ILLEGAL!

Placed an order in April 2020 prepared that it may take a while given the COVID problem. It never came. Repeated mails to the company resulted in the same returned message "Sorry for any inconvenience. Shipping may takes longer time than normal under this situation. Please note: The tracking information might be updated slowly, but rest assured that you will receive your item(s). Many thanks for your patience and hope you enjoy shopping with us!

Horrible quality, incorrect sizing, and really bad customer service. I ordered the painted jeans in size 16, but when they finally arrived, they were as small as a size 6, and didn't look like the photo at all. So when I contacted Annieclothe, the customer service was horrible. They try to make returns next-to impossible for the customer. After several emails, and weeks of waiting, I finally threw away the $35.00 jeans, and accepted their offer of a $7.00 refund.

Worst company ever. Comes from China and took 2 to 3 months. I made the mistake of ordering several items and they were all TRASH! I tried to get them to stop sending after I received the first item. Dresses of awful polyester without hems in sleeves or bottom.
I donated all to Goodwill. Do not order from this company. They use Photos of good quality items and send cheap the worst quality I have ever seen. WARNING. No photos so I don't have proof of quality... dumped everything.

I purchased 2 items from Annie Clothon April 16,2020. I received them May 15,2020. Sheer material, seams uneven, hems uneven and poorly stitched, crooked lettering on the shirt, just overall very poor quality. I contacted their customer service dept. First they offered me 15% off my order, next 25% off my order. After threatening to call my cc company, they finally sent me a return shipping label. Took to both UPS and USPS only to find out that the zip code in China is incorrect! I have had enough! Contacted my cc company and they issued me a refund of the purchase. They said they will look into the claim. I only wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order as I would have NEVER purchased anything from this shady so called company.

I placed an order on April 29. I ordered 14 pieces of merchandise and only received 2 this past Friday. They give you minimal information so you can't track your order, and they don't respond when you send them an email with questions about you order. I finally received an email saying my order had shipped. Like I stated earlier I only received 2 items. I expected the jewelry to look cheap because it was only a few dollars. What I didn't expect is how the clothes look. The T-shirt I received is paper thin, I'll be surprised if it makes it through one wash. The collar, sleeves and bottom of the shirt are not hemmed. It looks like a child's work. There's another website called JustFashion and they sell the exact same merchandise. Beware!

My order was declined then went through in matters of seconds. I sent 4 emails wanting my ordered cancelled and refunded. Nothing. They don't follow their own policies and are very misleading from where their clothes are coming from. It's a address in England. But, charge was from Hong Kong. This is illegal, misleading. I am going to try to get this company banned from being able to ship stuff to the USA. From what I have read most of their positive reviews are from them by their wording and sale points. The negative are the real deal. I have given this company over a week to respond nothing. Do not open the boxes and refuse. The mail will send back.
