I hired Craftsman Home Builders to Tex coat and Cool Wall the exterior of my home. L'm very happy with how my home looks! The workers took pride in their work and cleaned up after themselves.
At the same time, I ordered some fire, ember screens from another company, and I was told by Craftsman Home Builders that they would go ahead and install them for me. The other company delayed the delivery of my screens by almost a month and a half. But, I was still assured that they would go ahead and install them when the screens arrived. When they were finally delivered, the workers came to install them. But the custom-made screens were the wrong size. Somewhere along the line, a measurement error had occurred. I was assured by Jordan, an officer of Craftsman Home Builders that the error was not on my end and that they would make good on their promise. I was told they would adjust the siding to accommodate the screens, or re-order the screens at their expense. Together, we problem solved and they were able to install the screens to my satisfaction in a very swift, and professional manner. I'm happy to recommend this company to anyone that wants good work done on their home.

GREAT COMPANY THAT DID THE WORK ON MY HOME. THE OLD WOODEN PANELS WERE REPAIRED AND REPLACED. THEY PAINTED THE WOOD BACK THE SAME COLOR. THE JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. AFTER MAX COMPLETED THE JOB, HIM AND THE OWNER TOM CAME BACK TOGETHER AND WALKED ME AROUND THE HOUSE TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. THERE WERE A LOT OF OLD WATER 💦 DAMAGE PANELS AROUND MY ENTIRE HOME AND THEY WERE ALL FIXED. OUTSTANDING WORK.

I have been trying to for maybe a month now on & off leave one simple pleased review & it has been non stop back & fourth emails trying to pick apart my every word just to find every negative weird reason to make it impossible to give my thanks to a company i very much so support & im old & do not appreciate that treatment. All I said was I'd like to get my coupon which I meant to say ( coupons) cause the company on their own being nice to their longterm clients / homeowners which i know because of my friend who referred me to her saying that after a certain point she just figured by expressing her gratitude & that shes here to stay apart of the clientel that she started getting them, NOT that she was told or that it was spoken in the form of being or as a incentive for clients to leave reviews like they tried to twist my words into saying all over a spelling error that I didn't even notice til after sending my email cause I wasn't expecting to have to repeatedly keep checking my email over one kind review which has me very upset with that process again at my age the way thats set up for us. Also since I have to be super clear with my words I now have to triple check them with my husband now over this sadly as im taking extra Time out of my day even with this being so strangely difficult as it is that just adds onto it. Long story short, didn't appreciate that at all over me just simply wanting to be made sure I'm seen as a longterm client in the same way my friend did on her own, we are old & that is just how a good partnership is shown & made from our day no one spoke it apon me to do for anything i took it apon myself showing that we are here to stay & very pleased & thanful, NOT saying & doing that to seem as if I am only trying to be apart of getting a coupon handed over for it, your team or whatever you call them twisted my words into the opposite of what they actually were & that was very wrong.
