Needed concrete drive. Price was fair, quality was good.
They send people to do work and they show up without having the basic materials to perform the job. An electrician without romex cable. I was told that I would have to purchase it AT my appointment. Job never got done but I was still charged $305.
Excellent work and well priced. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. They explained what would be done to my roof and showed pics of the exact work they completed right after the job was done. I will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors, and will be using them again for any roof repair/maintenance needs.
It was easy to find what I needed and to get multiple quotes. Angi is really onto something here, especially for someone like me with no contacts in the industries served.
Was asked to review a company I hired. Was very pleased now filling this out
Each lead is charged to your account no matter if the person contacts you or not. They told me that it is a recommendation to call the lead within 24 hour but don't require. I sent out several emails with no contact. I work from 6am to 5pm at night, then billing. If I knew I would be charged no matter what, I would have never wasted my time.Customer service had nothing else but to say sorry and a bunch other crap. They offered to work together to receive a couple free leads but why would I want to work with people who won't even work on verifying a lead. I spoke with a customer service representative and their supervisor. They would not reimburse me $318 for two leads that never responded. Angi Leads is a horrible existence for us tradesman. Don't waste your time or money. They are a bunch of snakes and should be reported.
Very good. People pleasant and friendly. Pay attention to detail and do whatever needs done.
We got five bids, including Legacy, for painting the exterior of our house this past August. Our 21yo house is cedar shingle siding with a lot of detail trim painting involved, so we needed someone with attention to detail for this project. I was intrigued that Legacy Painting, in reading their reviews, had five stars on almost every review, if not all of them. I now know why, as I was impressed with this company from the first meeting with their sales team...on time, very professional and knowledgeable/realistic about the time line and painting techniques/products needed to
Do this job. Their painting team carried on the same great work ethic, and their communication with me throughout the whole process was impressive, no matter the day or the time, they responded to our questions/requests. The Legacy Painting crew blew us away with their attention to detail, starting with prepping the house, taping, sanding, etc. The crew was extremely professional on all levels, and very thorough in cleaning up each day. We also needed an oil finish applied to our wood pergola, and they found a great product for removing mildewed areas on the wood, so they did a great prep job before applying the oil finish. And we had some exterior trim that had wood rot; Mark, who is in charge of the painting, was able to find a guy up north to cut the specialized trim to match the original, and then the painting crew was able to perfectly repair this trimmed out area on the front of our house. Yes...they deserve five stars on many levels, and I'd give them ten, if I could. We plan on using them for some inside painting projects, too. Btw, their bid was in the middle of the four others, and it was where I thought it would be, considering the amount of detailed work it entailed. This company is the real deal for all of your painting needs!
Simple great quick money saved time was well worth it easy to make review.

Brick paving job Was completed on time, within budget by a reputable company.
I was looking for a cleaning company to clean my home on short notice. My friend gave me Angel Cleaning Service's phone number. Angel Cleaning Services was everything my friend said she was and more. She cleaned my house from top to bottom. We are happy with her service and will use her again.

It was a difficult problem- moving a kitchen cabinet from the refrigerator alcove so my new refrigerator would fit the space for it. The way it turned out, the problem ended up taking a lot of ingenuity and persistence. I was really impressed at how they never gave up until the problem was solved. The cost was reasonable. I reaaly appreciate the great job that was done, and by the next day! I think that was more than anyone could expect- a great combination of know - how and customer focus. Thank you, Foss Construction. You made my day!
Angi/Angie's list/Home Advisor's whole business is based around BAIT AND SWITCH. They will tell you that you will receive job leads from people who are interested in buying or using your products and or services. In my experience you will receive customer information for customers who have already booked with another company even though I made contact with the customer less than a minute of receiving their information from Angi on almost every contact (Every representative I told this to was perplexed how that could happen) or you will leave a message with the customer and never hear back. You WILL be billed in full for every customer who does not answer, customer just asking questions, already booked with someone else, wanting something you don't offer, just calling for a friend, and dead lead. I was billed between $35 and $91 per lead having gotten 1 quality lead in about 20. If you own a business then I'm sure you can do some quick mental math and see that this is a loosing strategy. For you at least.
Any profit you expect to get from these leads will be consumed by the wave of nonsense leads that you are expected to pay for. You can get credits for some of these but what they DO NOT tell you is that when you do decide that this isn't working for your business and you want to cancel, you will be expected to pay for all the credits they gave to you so that you wouldn't cancel when you only owed a few hundred dollars, but now you've racked up a couple thousand in credits that you now owe.
Do not entertain this company for even a second. If you hear them ask you "Does that make sense to you?" then you having given them too much of your time already and you are about to hear "The Script". Bail on the call right there. Any excuse will do. Have fun with it. This company takes advantage of small businesses when they are at their most vulnerable, just starting, and promises to help them but is actually a vampiric parasite taking multitudes more than it promises. Save your time, money, and the hope that this is "the answer". I can assure you, it is not. Run away. As fast as you can.
We have used Angi on three separate occasions and have always been happy. It's hard to find good help, so Angie's is great
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
