My son and daughter-in-law bought garnet earrings for me for my 70th birthday. They are my birthstone and beautiful. Sadly, I lost one of them so I contacted Angara to see if I could replace it. Caroline D'souza was amazing in her response. She replied quickly, professionally and kindly. And was able to get my earring replaced. I was really surprised and appreciative of how she handled my problem, her pleasantness, her quick responses, her dedication to helping me. It reminded me of how customer service used to be in the old days.

I recently purchased white gold earrings as a gift for my wife's birthday. When I received a copy of the invoice I noticed I had inadvertently left out a part of the shipping address. I contacted Pearl May of Angara Customer Service. She was able to correct the shipping address and requested expedited handling to be sure the earrings would arrive in time for my wife's birthday. The earrings were great value for the price and the Customer Service by Pearl May was Excellent. Great job Angara and Thank you Pearl May

I purchased several pieces from Angara and I keep coming back for beautiful color stones. My latest purchase are these yellow sapphire earrings. I got them to complement my ring which I love. The stones are of high quality and I can personalize the size to fit the budget. Every piece comes in a luxurious box with a light, which further enhances the experience. I had a question during the purchase and Rose was able to help me very efficiently. She followed up with me and I am very grateful for that.

The ring I ordered was absolutely stunning but I eventually decided to return it and when i did the customer service was surprisingly easy with fast response times and a very understanding and cooperative support staff thank you so much Rose Kelly you made my entire experience returning the ring a breeze. One of my Best Online Customer Service Experience!
I have to say this was one of my best Customer service experiences online. Caroline D'souza has been phenomenal and has been assisting me with my Diamond earring exchange from Day 1. I bought two different style rings. Not too fussy with diamonds. Wearable for every day casual smart cloths and fine for special occasions. The gems themselves with just little diamond accent looked really tasteful and suited my hands admirably.

Doesn't ship when promised

Angara's "guaranteed" delivery dates are bogus. More like a fantasy than a commitment. They didn't even ship my product by their "guaranteed" delivery date.

Buy someplace else more reputable.

I had a very good experience with Angara. The website is user-friendly and pretty easy to browse and find different options. We received our order in a timely manner and were impressed by the high quality packaging (the boxes have little LED lights when opened, that's a cool surprise).

The jewelry was beautiful and of high quality, but my wife did not like the particular colors and designs I chose. I sent them all back and received a full refund, again in a timely manner. Now we can browse the website and choose something else that my wife would like.

The only thing I did not like is that they added earrings and a pendant with red stones. I knew that my wife would not like them, and did not feel like buying a chain for the pendant. I would rather not receive random useless items, it would be better to lower the price a bit.

Very good experience overall!

I've been an Angara customer for years - I've bought several different high-end custom pieces for my wife (several thousand dollars' worth), and this year decided to get her something simpler, but specific. I provided Ankit - the person I've worked with for years - a video and an image of exactly what I wanted - a simple necklace that could convert to a choker with a heart at the bottom with a diamond in it. Really simple, really obvious.

They sent me a circular diamond on a regular necklace. I had begged them for an image of it in advance because I specifically feared they didn't get what I wanted - call it a gut feeling - and then got exactly what I feared, a circular diamond on a plain necklace.

When I called Ankit to discuss the details, he lied to me.
Ankit said that we didn't make it how I wanted (a heart shaped pendant with a diamond in it) because "it was a cost issue." I have spent thousands with Angara, why would I suddenly be shy? This conversation never happened.
He then changed his story and said that we had a conversation about how "you can't just copy another design," which is false. This never happened. How do you know it never happened? Because I would have said "Okay, no worries, don't worry about making it," instead of moving ahead as we did.

Worse still, they can't even replace it for Valentine's Day, and Ankit stuck to his completely falsified statements. Avoid them like the plague.

Terrible company, terrible service, and useless return policy. They ignored my emails and RMA requests for the first 30 days and then claimed that they could no longer process a return!

I found the ring of my dreams here. It was sized wrong when i got it so they resized for free. They actually remade the ring and it is perfect! Their customer service was caring, and I love the ring. If anything it could be improved it's probably tracking and receiving returns. I will buy from here again!

Have to date made two (2) purchases which are of excellent quality and workmanship. If you want to make a change to an item expect to pay a price increase however there is "no price gauging". You will be proved a price point at the time of purchase and you can accept it or not. Sales Manager (Stein) is very willing to work with a Customer to assure complete Customer Satisfaction even if you want to create a brand new item to your specifications. Finally a place for the picky jewelry person which is geared to accommodating the Customer. E-mails are replied and never ignored as with other purchase sites recently encountered and you the Customer are treated professionally and with respect-what a "GREAT" concept!!!!!!!
