Idk why this place keeps getting bad reviews. I am NOT apart of the company. I am just a young person from Houston, TX. I got my order when i was expecting it, and I ordered it about a week and a half before going out of town and I need the dresses for some red carpet events in LA.

That is my order page and the package that arrived plus shots of the 2 dresses. I look a mess (as you can see my crazy hair sticking from the side of some of the pics), or else I would of taken pic with the the dresses on. They fit perfectly... true to size. I ordered a Large and nothing is too small.
Most people I see order like 10+ items and are missing items or have wrong items. I always order small when ordering online (5-10 items max, and depending on how "rebutable" the store is) but even when i've ordered from Forever 21 with only 4 items, they messed up 2 of them. Of course their customer service was great... i've never had to deal with Amiclubwear customer service (but i hear its bad). But places like this you shouldn't expect to order a trillion things and get it all right. Always order a few at a time because its not like you're going to wear it all at once anyways. I've ordered from here about 10 times and all of my things have been right and shipped within the ground shipping estimated days.
I order 2 pair of shoes but the only ship one pair. So I call and ask what happen to my other pair? They said is back order that It will be ship during 5 days. So I left it at that. So I find this other website and they had the pair that I wanted.so I called them the next day I tell them I want to cancel half of my order. They say that can do that because its already been started. I said icalled them yesterday and you guys said you guys didn't have them anymore. So she said she can only put a not and hope it can still be cancel. :( really Amincluwear always does that. Seriously I hope some one reports you guys or can point me to the right direction in how to do that. Amiclubwear suck!
I hate this site. The first time I ordered, I let it go because it was just a common mistake... I guess... The second time I ordered they actually refunded me my back for the stuff they didn't have in stock, the third time I ordered, they flat out just suck! They didn't have my boots I paid for in stock so they made me wait another week to have them refund half of my money back and I they didn't refund the shipping cost. THEY SUCK SUCK SUCK! I am never going to order from them again! Worst service ever! I was so mad the first time I ordered from them and I called them and one of the girls there was just so ridiculously stupid! She didn't know what she was talking about, she didn't know how to answer why I was getting charged extra, and just made up an excuse it was tax charges... seriously? Taxed $30 after spending what almost $30? I spent over $50 but they didn't have it in stock so the website froze I was supposed to get free shipping but didn't and only got half the shoes I ordered and was charged shipping.
The website stated orders would be processed within 2 days. I ordered items from this site and another site on the same day. I received items from the other site and AMIclubwear had yet to ship my order. I wanted my order for vacation and because it was not going to arrive in time I attempted to call and cancel my order. I tried 27 times in one day to call and was unable to reach customer service because each time I tried I received a notice that all circuits were busy. I tried multiple times on several days to cancel and was unable to reach anyone. It's been extremely frustrating.
Well after a 30 min wait listening to sketchy recording with static and voices in the backround, I spoke to a representative all of 2 minutes before I was hung up on when I asked for a refund on a pair of shoes they claimed to be back ordered for the past 6 months! They must have some system that doesnt allow you to call back twice with the same number either because after I called back twice I got a recording saying all circuits were "busy" and to try back later. Place is a SCAM and needs to be shut down! I don't understand how a place like this can still be in operation...

I guess today is my lucky day, i orday like 5 days ago in amiclub, i order 5 pairs of shoes, to get the free shipping, my package came on time, everything was there, i was so scared i read the reviews right after i placed the order, i am so happy that everythign coem on time and the shoes were in great conditions, no cheap quality at all, its amaizing i am so exitited with my shoes :)
THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM. You will definitely be amazed with how cheap everything is on this website, but I must say they have the worst customer service ever. I would not waste my time typing this review if I loved this website. I really want to WARN EVERYONE about this website. They're the biggest scammers ever. I purchased months ago and got like 8+ items and still have not received 2 items. They will not refund, you they will not answer my emails, and they will definitely not pick up on your phone calls and make you stay on the phone for hours. Also one of the shoes I purchased is irregular. Please do not be fooled by their prices please. This is a lesson I've definitely learned. ALWAYS READ REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING ONLINE.
My experience with the site hasn't been as bad as others' experience.
I have made a total of 4 purchases
1) 2 dresses - 1 tank dress with attached necklace, 1 belted dress
2) 1 red dress
3) 2 pairs of shoes - 1 pair of black boots, 1 pair of silver bow flats
4) 1 pair of shoes - 1 pair of long boots
With my orders 1) and 2) I got them in a timely fashion, like 3-4 days. The only thing that was wrong was that the necklace in order 1) that was attached to one of the dresses broke, I guess, during shipping. Not a big deal for me since it looked cheap anyway. Order 2) came as delivered. The dress was a tiny bit too big in the bust area, even being a size S, but I'm fairly used to that as I am small chested.
With order 3) I got the right size/color boots, but the second pair of shoes they sent me were not what I ordered. I ordered silver pleated ballet flats with a bow, but instead they sent me silver sequined flats. I am a little disappointed by this, but at least the (wrong) pair they sent me are pretty and fit me.
I just did order 4) recently so I will have to wait and see if anything is wrong.
The biggest complaint I have is with the shipping fee! Honestly, $10 for a pair of shoes to ship is ridiculous. Although it is nice that it came in 2 days, I would rather pay $5-$7 and wait a couple more days but they don't offer any cheaper shipping.
The other bad thing about this website is they run out of popular sizes aka S for clothes and sizes 6,6.5 and 7 for shoes. Totally sucks for me because those are my measurements. I'm glad to say I haven't had as bad of an experience, but I guess it really depends on what you buy and luck?
I also wish they had more flat boots with full zipper sides at cheaper prices. God knows walking around in heels is tiring enough. And trying to stuff certain pants in those pull-on boots can be quite the challenge.
AMI Clubwear offers free shipping if you spend over $50. As I was finalizing my purchase, I had a little over $60 in my cart. I entered the free shipping code and it went through saying I had free shipping. When I hit "confirm", I received a confirmation email saying I had only spent $48.94, and I was charged $22.37 for shipping on top of that. I noticed one of the items I had in my cart was not on this confirmation. I immediately contacted AMI Clubwear and they said they could not cancel the order but they would put in a request for me to talk to a supervisor.
ALSO, when I received my items, one of the items was wrong(shoes) so I requested an exchange, and AMI Clubwear agreed to exchange for the right item and refund my shipping. I sent the the original shoe box unharmed in another shoe box (why would I want to pay for a box when they messed up), and AMI Clubwear sent the package back without opening it because they thought the original box was damaged and I did not end up getting my money back for shipping or I didnt get the right item. They do not state that the item will be refused if sent in a shoe box, it obviously made it fine to their warehouse but they did not bother to open the package.
I have called customer service well over 10 times, each time requesting a supervisor, and it has now been 6 weeks since I made a complaint and I still have not heard from them. One of the customer service ladies even hung up on me once.
This has been such a hassle for me and I wouldnt want it to happen to anyone else. It would have been an even bigger hassle if my bank account only had enough for $60, because I ended up being charged $75 and it could have caused an over draft and then a $30 fee from my bank which im sure AMI clubwear would not pay for.
AMI Clubwear may have cute clothes for dirt cheap, but you get what you pay for and they obviously do not invest in their customer service or quality.

Cheap shoes... shoes came on time. All shoes where there, but shoe size are wrong. Brought 8 pair of shoes but only 4 are actually true to size.
I've had bad experiences with AmiClubwear. They have shipped wrong items & then they tell you to return it & they will reimburse you for the shipping cost, which they don't or they do after so many emails & calls back and forth. When they issue a store credit (because they don't do refunds)they never include the tax you paid, again till you make the phone calls or send the emails. When they issue a store credit you need to make the purchase & then they reimburse you the credit amount but never the shipping cost for your exchange (and they say they will). Also if you pay with paypal & you have different credit cards on file with paypal, they never reimburse the correct authorization code that pertains to the credit card you used. IT IS A HEADACHE TO DEAL WITH THEM! Not worth the discount they supposedly give you because you end up paying a lot for shipping anyways. STAY WAY FROM THEM! Try Cutesygirl, urbanog, greatglam, makemechic, and gojane. Sign up and you will get promo codes sent to you.
Don't order from these people! They have really great stuff and it is all pretty cheap, so I have ordered from them before and have never had a good experience, although mine weren't as bad a some. First, they are always out of stock on all of the "good" stuff. They also charge a ridiculous amount in shipping, sometimes equal to the amount of your order and it takes forever to process and ship. Next, all of their items are terrible quality. Shoes that I ordered from them broke after wearing them twice, sweaters that I ordered are see through because the material is so cheap, jewelry looks nothing like it did on the website-I could have made it myself! And finally, they do not respond to complaints, exchange or refund easily, and their customer service is a joke. Save your money and STAY AWAY!

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes from them and only 2 pairs were decent. The rest looked cheap and uncomfortable to wear. I tried to return them but the return process they make you go through was a big hassle and costly. Even though you'd think the prices are cheap but when it comes down to it, you're actually paying more than double. I paid for the price of 5 pairs and got only 2 usable pairs. Totally not worth it.
This website is definitely the worst i have ever had to deal with. I ordered 2 bathing suits from them. Website showed that they were both in stock and would ship in 2 days. Well, that never happened. I called the company and waited on hold for 40 minutes to talk to someone. When the rep got on the phone, she told me she had no idea when it would ship - i told her they had already charged my credit card and i would like something stating that it was on backorder with an approximate date. She said she couldn't give me that. I told her i would like to cancel the order as i felt like i was getting the run around. She told me she couldn't guarantee it would be cancelled. As of right now, i have contacted my credit card to dispute the charges and have sent 3 emails to the company stating that i want to cancel the order and of course, have had no replys from them. Do not purchase from this site! It is a scam!
Several weeks ago I purchased (and paid for) 4 pairs of shoes. About a week later I got an e-mail saying they had only shipped 3 items (and no mention of a refund for the missing item, nor a replacement or anything). I called the company (amiclubwear.com) and had the WORST customer experience of my life! After about 30 minutes on hold, the lady that took my call actually told me that they have a time limit (of about 3 minutes) on their support calls, that the supervisors are never on the floor and then my 3 minutes were up and my call got "disconnected". I have never disputed a credit card charge before in my life, but I'm definitely disputing this one. My advise is DO NOT BUY from this people unless you're willing to risk receiving what they want instead of what you ordered. Don't be fooled by the nice web site, this people obviously have no inventory and no control over their supplier's inventory.

This website is terrible! I recied 2 of 3 items incorrect! One was the wrong size the other was the wrong shoe. Everytime I tried to contact them I was put on hold for ever, emails were not helpful or informative. When they sent me my refund it was the incorrect amount. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
