I ordered 3 sweaters for myself and 3 for gifts. The fit was smaller than expected on them. The size chart say a M is a size 8-10. I wear a 6 or 8, but the M was pretty tight. All sweaters had a chemical smell to them, but one in particular was very strong. I let it lay out for a day, but the smell was still very strong. This was one that was for a gift so I didn't want to try to wash it. None of the items have tags at all. So there is no information on what they are made out of or where they are made or any care instructions or even the size listed in them. I decided to return the 3 that were for gifts due to the small sizing and the smell. I had to email for a RMA number which I got without hassle, but am pretty disappointed that they will only give store credit and not a refund. I bought them on a 50% off sale. If I had paid the listed price for them I would have been disappointed with the quality for those prices. I have returned the 3 sweaters but haven't received a notice of credit yet so I can't say how that process went yet.
***12/17/14 - I edited my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. I was contacted by customer service about my return and it was handled. The rep was courteous and helpful and refunded me. I was happy with the service and outcome.

Order came in fine, but the silica packets had either exploded or were non existent. There was silica everywhere when I opened the box. This is dangerous as I have pets and had to find each ball of silica on my floor.

I made order on October 31.2014 today is 12.08.2014 I still don't have my package, called them many times no one ever answer, email them no one answer me, i'm so mad at my self if i only read reviews before i spend my money there...

Love the clothes, worst costumer service ever, you can never get ahold of anyone through the costumer service # dont pay extra for fast shipping if you order *special items* you wont get any your items till that *special order* is filled.

This Online Store is the WORST ever. The shoes are CHEAP and the Return POLICY SUCKS. I purchased a pair of the riding boots, they arried on a friday and I wore them on Saturday My shoe size is a 8 and My foot is narrow. While I was walkiing in the mall I noticed the stitching came aloose and when I contaced the store. They inform me that I have to take a pic of the shoe email them then they will tell me what they can do for me. They siad I could not get a refund only store credit. Who wants to purchhase anything else if this is how you treat you customers. I want my money returned but I get what I paid for. They were cheap and I will never purchase anything from this sight ever. Please read the return policy before you purchase something from any store or onlie store.
For an item that is $75.00 and States COSTUME on the ad and shows a full costume in the picture on the right, should be the whole costume.
Not the $5.00 tube top I received in the second picture. (that even said it cost $5.00 on the packaging I received it in)
