I like your services but you should have a faster respond for claims

Get more techs available in the area, and call back to follow up on pending claims

At first I wasn't sure how the process worked but they walked me through everything until my issue was fixed.

I had a good experience with the company, with good service, and insurance.

The experience was good however the reason she cancel was that we couldn't find any technician in her area.

There has been a bit of a wait time to get claims filed but it has been overall good.

I've gotten help with repairs and it works out in the end so I'm overall happy.

Fast response time and getting the ability to talk to an actual person and not a bot.

It's been good, they've been able to get people out to my area for repairs; I wish I didn't have to pay out of pocket first but I was reimbursed.

Get more technicians available to complete repair issues faster

Been with them for almost 3 years; it's been good, there has been some difficulty getting a hold of techs but all our stuff has been taken care of.

There was a delay for a response on my previous claim but in the end the result outweighed the wait time, and I was able to get money reimbursed for the repair I paid out of pocket for.

No one's perfect but I've gotten help with what I needed help with; so far so good.

This company has been good us, we have always been helpful, and loves doing business with us.

I have a wonderful experience with this company. I only had to wait 24 hours to get repaired. I am very satisfied. The warranty specialist are great people.
