My experience with other printing sources indicates that they're only used to reproducing candid photos - not what I'd like to think of as art. Trying to argue them into leaving a white margin around the actual image is a war, and always lost. Y'all do that automatically, and the result such a help with matting.

Website is easy to work with. Print was very good quality and arrived on time.

I needed a work very fast and just when I was placing the order, I realized that the office was closing for vacation. I reached out via the chat, and got helped right away. I got reassured that my order would be able to be printed and shipped before the office closes.

Bad website design but DO NOT let that turn you away from their product. I ordered a 40" X 30" giclee printed on canvas and mounted and it came out great! Best of all they are located in the states. NC to be exact. My only issue might be they need to come up with a better solution for order tracking. Maybe a step by step thing you can monitor. Shipping was fast and packaging was professional. Canvas was stretched and mounted tight. Nice workmanship. Printing colors were exactly what I designed on my computer.
