They are very unprofessional with the patients. They do not contact the you back when you leave messages or when you call they literally will revert you to a voicemail on purpose Dr d was my doctor and he has been up and down the whole time I haven't had a consistency with him since I started I can't get him to respond to me for a refill that is due today he will not contact me to answer my question or he will not contact the pharmacy this is extremely unprofessional I'm on disability and I have mental health issues and this is one of my issues is when doctors ignore me because I don't know what to do should I take the med or should I wait because I don't know if he's going to refill it all he has to do is give me a call back it's almost 1:00 I've been calling since yesterday
