Bought a Motley Crue beanie never received the item and tried to contact them at least 10 times to no avail. I opened a case through PayPal and still nothing. Lost my $20 and had to replace this gift. Shame on them.

When your a company that provides a contact e-mail address to inquire, suggest, or even check the status of an order, you don't hear from anybody. That's pretty darn rude! You forget that the customers keep you in business, so get your act together.

I purchased and item, they deducted money from my bank account and NEVER delivered the item, NEVER contacted me after 3 attempts to contact them.

It took some time to get my order, but the shirt came and it's beautiful!
The company can possibly work on communication with their customers. But a nice variety of obscure and mainstream band shirts.

Alt-Shirts is one of the worst online sites I've ever come across, feeling more like a scam. Ordered a t-shirt two weeks ago, no tracking, no customer service or a telephone with a live operator.

DO NOT order from this site!

Interesting that all the good reviews are from around the same time in 2012 and then the only bad review is from 2013. I ordered a shirt from them and was promised tracking info and never received it. I have made REPEATED call and email attempts and have gotten no response.

Seems like a scam to me. Placed an order 2 weeks ago; no items, no communication... nothing. Went to their URL today to find out how to check on the status of my order, and the site is no longer up.

I ordered a David Bowie shirt. They shipped it the same day I ordered and it arrived in excellent condition. They had a very low price and it couldn't have gone any better.

One company that does it all exactly as advertised, at decent prices, has good products and fast delivery. What more can you ask for?

I have purchased several items from them and I am very satisfied with them. Prices are really good. Shipping is very, very satisfying. I never had any problem and they are fast.

Have been buying from them roughly once every 3 months or so. Their prices are relatively low and they have excellent customer service. Returns are very easy too. They always respond to questions on the web site. Most of the time they are the cheapest and I will continue buying from them.

My shirt got stretched when a friend borrowed it, but amazingly after washing it, it went back to its original size. I am so astonished.

Your goods really come across as great value for money. If you take all the costs involved, your shirts are a real option and you are a great competitor for the shops in my neighborhood. I have been happy with the quality and I would venture that it might even be of a superior quality than what is locally available. I will happily spend that money again with Alt shirts.com

My favorite song on a t-shirt! If you can imagine that this album could be released by a brand new brand, I can guarantee they would be instant metal gods.
