I ordered 2x light fittings and the most expensive one did not arrive, called the call number on the website and all they have done is ask for my phone number 3 times, still waiting for a call back, very unprofessional

Delivery of the goods were done nicely. However your sales representative call me about the additional delivery fee after the order when the web site said free delivery at the time of the order.
