Ally is likely the worst banking organization in the US. I am shocked that they are allowed to operate.
Try to send out a wire for over $100k? Other than an acknowledgment of wire request submission, crickets; nothing. I had to call Ally to inquire about the wire transfer status only to find out that it is subject to additional review. Why? They could not tell me.
ALLY - THIS IS MY MONEY YOU ARE HOLDING HOSTAGE WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION!
They used to be a leader in online banking but I don't like them now. They shut my account down because I overdrafted once. Capital one is much better now. Go with them.
