I was very pleased with the communication from Allurez. I ordered an apple pendant necklace to surprise my daughter on her 18th bday with a trip to NYC. Once the order was placed I realized it might not arrive in time. I texted the recommended communications number and was kept informed for the entire process. It arrived a day early and the actual pendant exceeded my expectations. It was much better than the picture. Great product, great communication. Would definitely recommend!

It looked nothing like the pictures. I had to use a magnifying glass to see if there were diamond chips in the settings or if it was just the prongs of the setting. There were colored stones in it as well, a fraction of the size and extremely poor quality color compared to the pictures on the web site.

The website is easy to navigate, customer service was excellent and assured me every time I had a question it would get handled. 5 stars across the board.

Jewelry doesn't look anything like the picture in the advertisement. We called 4 times to get an update on the delivery date when it was not delivered when they said. Each time they said it will be delivered at the end of the week; each time it was not delivered. The whole experience was TERRIBLE! We returned the jewerly (at our cost, which is their policy) and they said it will be 4 weeks till we see our money refunded; sure hope it does. We will never order from Allurez again.

I ordered my ring. That didn't look at all like it was pictured. The aquamarine stones were so explicitly small. I'm the picture you could see them. Also. I had to send 4-5 emails wondering when the ring would arrive when they kept telling me I would expect to see a tracking number in a few days. A few days turned into a few weeks. One positive thing, every time I emailed, they emailed me right back. I just don't think I got the ring I wanted for the price I paid.

The product came with the wrong stones. I received 3 2-sentence emails with vague information about getting a 'label' for repair. Then nothing happens until I send another inquiry, which generates another vague email. Not getting anywhere, yet.

This is my second order with Allurez and I really love the quality of my earrings. They are as described and when spending a lot of money that's important.

We spent over $3,000 on a ring and a atone fell off within 3 months. The warranty only covers a month and I was told on the phone anything over that time is "suspect." I spent over $100 to have the ring shipped with insurance to be fixed. I also told them a spoke on another one of the diamonds was completed off and they SENT IT BACK TO ME WITHOUT FIXING IT. Don't buy their rings they are absolute junk

Just a very small ring compared to what you advertised. Just disappointed and took to long to receive

Awful shipping- my item didn't arrive for Christmas and the refund that was supposed to be processed never occurred. I would never buy from Allurez again.

The item was supposed to be shipped a month before it was. The ring arrived and was the wrong size.

Ordered an engagement ring band set. Arrived fine, no damage seen on the outside. The ring is missing 2 side stones. Both stones closest to the center stone, are missing!

I called about 20 minutes after FedEx delivered. I was told to email the service email address with pictures so they can send me a label to send back. I did. Never heard another word.

I called back, no answer. Just a voicemail. They do not answer chat, and I didn't even get an autoresponder on the email that I sent.

I then initiated a dispute with my bank. I don't see any other way to keep these crooks honest.

I did have a little mishap so not 5 stars, they sent the wrong size and diamond but they fixed and returned it within a week, with no extra cost to me! I just ordered her wedding band and she's very happy they have a matching wedding band for it.

Ordered a necklace that took longer than the promised shipping time frame. When I say longer, I mean a whole month from order date to arrival. Oh and I paid for expedited shipping, which was not refunded back to me. Customer service is a joke, they never could tell me an answer or help me with this order. Then when I received the necklace it looked dull and dirty, so I had to clean it.

Overall just a horrible experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered something to be delivered in 2 weeks, caleld to have it rushed ordered. It arrived almost half a month later, looked nothing like the picture, looks like a coin machine ring with the smallest diamond I have ever seen and looks nothing like the picture.
Since i had to buy another ring I asked to return and they said they cant return because it is custom, even though I choose it from the options for build your ring on the front page website.
This ring looks so cheap and embarrassing, i will not put this on my now fiancé's hand. Waste of time and money. Cant believe I spent 1600 for this paperclip sized ring. Complete SCAM

The earrings are lovely but the backs don't fit which is really disappointing. Contacted Allurez about 10 days ago to ask for replacements but heard nothing.

Great and enthusiastic service personnel. And in the end the ring was pretty spectacular. My Now Fiancé LOVES It.

Horrible. You never sent me an email when the jewelry was ready to be shipped and then you shipped it to the wrong address! It was meant as a Christmas present and you folks did a miserable job. I'll be sure to let people know not to buy from you.
