My contact had multiple names -'Kristen or Krissey, depending upon who you talked to or received communications from. Michael Higdon agency.
Constant emails about sign up for their app, which is pointless.
After 2 weeks, now they want e-sign on documents.
Dude, you cashed my payment weeks ago, mailed my policy documents and now you want an e-signature?
Seek professional help. You are fired.
