The design module was a bit tricky, but I chose ultimately to design it myself in Photoshop and upload it which was extremely easy. The specifications were clear to choose from, and the price for what we needed was under our budget. This is my fourth banner and my best experience. I started with an online chat, the supervisor who handled the chat answered all of my questions and immediately placed me in contact with a designer. The designer completed my project and my banner was on it's way the same day. Three days later I received the banner, it was perfect.
