I liked the older order experience better. This new website has some glitches (like defaulting size even after the size has been changed) that are a bit frustrating.

Great experience! The quality was top notch and the colors matched 90-95%, which is great in my opinion. I might just brighten my picture a little in the future as it was a tad darker than my original but it was all very minor in the end. Great work and I will use them again in the future!
AllState Banners gave us fantastic service from start to finish. They were able to create a custom banner for us using a stand we already had and delivered delivered our item very quickly! They walked us through every step of the ordering process and even made sure it was delivered to the correct address when we made an error on our end with providing the wrong shipping address. Five stars!

It would be great if you would offer swatches (2 inch by 2 inch) of your materials for evaluation - for someone not in the printing business, it is difficult to understand the differences between 13 oz. Vinyl and 18 oz. Vinyl, for example. You could probably use scrap material to,provide the swatches.
You need to make it clear on your website artwork upload page that your system will only accept 17 files at a time. I was on a tight deadline and needed 27 banners. I uploaded all 27 art files (and the online system showed all of them being uploaded successfully), but I didn't find out until a couple of hours later, when my proofs were ready for approval, that only 17 of the files were actually uploaded. Your customer service was great in helping with my dilemma (!), but it would have prevented a lot of anxiety if I had known that I needed to upload my files in two batches.

AllstateBanners.com was able to quickly and professionally help me design banners for Senior tennis players at our high school. They were quick with correspondence and design work. After approving the banners, they arrived the next day!

Designer tool is a little confusing.
This is the 2nd time I'm using them. This time its for my friend's 60th birthday party. The banner was beautiful. Super fast printing and delivery.
