I was very happy with the reference checking service at Allison & Taylor. I wanted to make sure that my former employer stuck to the terms of my severance agreement because I am nearing the end of several search processes. Turnaround was amazing fast (unexpectedly fast!), in fact less than 24 hours; I know that turnaround partially depends on the responsiveness of the employer, yet I was still extremely impressed. The report was complete and outlined the attempts to reach the reference and what was said. I can now rest easy and concentrate fully on my future. I would highly recommend Liz and the company.
