I found All Green Carpet Cleaning after a quick Google search for carpet cleaners in *******.

I called to schedule an appointment. I was told someone could come between 2-4 PM today. I said that was too late, so they offered 11-1. Great!

At 12:30, no one had called me to say they were on their way, so I called the company. "Oh, we won't make it on time," I was told. "Can we come between 2-4?"

Well... no.

What's worse, had I not taken it upon myself to call them, they would have missed the appointment completely and never bothered to let me know.

So we rescheduled for the next day, between 8-10 AM. I was told I'd be the first appointment, and I received confirmation via text.

By 9 AM, no one had called me to give me an ETA and my text reply went ignored. So I again called.
I was told I wasn't on the schedule for today. Somehow, a mistake had been made. Again.

I spoke with the owner (Lisa?), who said she'd send her guy today, but she couldn't say when, since, according to her, he hadn't woken up yet. I asked her to call me at 11 with an update, so if I needed to make alternate arrangements, I could. She agreed, then never called. Another broken promise.

To recap: They missed two appointments, and never called either time.

We had our dining-room steamed cleaned 3 days ago.

The online offer of $29.99 sounded so good that I booked an appointment. As LATER turned out that there were LOTS of cathes to this...

First of all, if you book just one room, the price runs up to $69.99... A HUGE DIFFERENCE.

Then another surprise. $70 covers ONLY one time pull through with a simple STEAM CLEANING. One, not even 2 on dirtier areas. For some shampoo they ask for an extra $120...

It was a lesson learnt: NEVER USE THIS COMANY AGAIN. Very disappointed.

Arrived an hour late, was rude, the service tech did not have a uniform (this was the first call of the day, he was dressed in dirty/filthy jeans), the van was unmarked. It is clear that this company is outsourcing the work to independent contractors. Technician asked why we wanted the carpets cleaned as they appeared in great shape, but then turned around 5 minutes later and tried to upsell the service call. Thought I was hiring a company that uses "green/organic" products, which is not the case. Thought that the cleaning was "steam" which was not the case. Asked the technician not to use too much water and soak the carpet. Guess what... that's exactly what he did... said that the carpet will take ~10+ hours to dry. Machine was a POS (portable, not contained in a van), hose didn't reach beyond 20 feet, so he had to bring the machine into the house, end up spraying water all over the floor, didn't bother to clean it up (because he didn't have anything to do so), was insensitive to potential damage to the floor, walls or house. We had to monitor him the entire time for fear of damage and had to clean up his water mess afterward. We had to call another service (same day) to come and extract some of the water out of the carpet. After his arrival, was inclined to cancel the service... should have followed my instinct. HORRIBLE experience, HORRIBLE job. Would NEVER recommend them. Beware, when you call into their #, it goes to a call center and you are not speaking with someone in your local area, they outsource the work.
