Please do not ever use this company for anything. They are a complete fraud. They advertise they take credit cards and quote a price over the phone, then when they show up, they demand payment in full via Venmo at a higher price than quoted. Even if they only take a down payment when challenged, they will take your rug for cleaning, destroy it and return it (late) in ruined condition. At that point their policy is no refunds. They'll talk the talk about doing a "redo" cleaning but all it is is talk. And pointless since they've already ruined the rug you gave them. You'll never hear from them again, nor will they ever return calls or be reachable. Run, don't walk, from doing business with these scammers.

This is the worst service ever! They just ruined my carpet and it turned from milk-white into yellow-grey. I spent weeks making them re-doing their job after what it gets even worse as for color so for its structure and shape.
As for now they say they can do nothing with it.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is just a disaster - they don't know anything and change their phone number on their website after this all happened.

They did NOT do a good job. They were not thorough. Agreed to steam clean: tried to push me to do shampoo option for 3x price. They did the steam job in 15 min and said to call them for the shampoo cleaning.

I was charged a reasonable amount for a couch deep cleaning ($160). The couch was dirty--one could tell it was riddled with dust and dirt just by looking and sitting on it. The deep clean went extraordinarily well and the couch looks good as new.

PLEASE save your time and go elsewhere. This is a scam company that has no one to help after you've been scammed besides a call-center probably located in india. They are compete frauds.

The sketchiest company ever. So unprofessional. Showed up and double charged from quote, didn't removed shoes as requested, behaved so sketchy w cursing when I asked for differences in prices and why upcharged. Got aggressive because we asked. Scared us in our own home. Almost called police, video recorded entire thing and took license plates for police due to this incident. Told them to get off our property. All because we asked why we were being double charged last minute. Stay away!

I like this company. The guys cleaned the rooms well. I asked for the cleaning to be done as quickly as possible and they cleaned all the rooms in a few hours. I checked every room and they are perfectly clean!

I had 2 appointments for carpet cleaning in my home before my new furniture came. They called to cancel the 1st appointment and the next day didn't even call to cancel, I had to call and ask at what time they would be at my home. They're irresponsible and unprofessional, finally, I was never able to get my carpet cleaned because it was too late. A generic sorry was the only reason given.

If there was less than 1 star I would give it! Came, soaked furniture and left! And cant reach anyone except a dispatch that cant do anything!

This guy told me to use my brain and common sense when I called him to decline the service.
He gave me a wrong quote as he did not explain important service details and actual prices of the cleaning company whose workers were already in my house to do the job. He also said I had to pay $29 of penalty for declining service since it was unfair to the workers who drove all the way to my house. Funny enough, the owner of the cleaning company who was right there next to me laughed and said the $29 would not go to them and explained to me that All Green was just a referral website doing a lousy job.
The owner of the cleaning company was very nice and professional and decided to do the cleaning service for the price the referral website had given me.

I would give 0 star to their customer service.
I got my carpet shampoo cleaning done and a few days after the spots were still showing, called them to convey that I wasn't happy with their services and the lady said they can't do anything after 7 days of cleaning.
Next time I called to ask where does it says 7 days on your website or your policy and she hung up!
Now every time I call, it's like they have remembered my number and they immediately pick up the phone and start playing the wait music infinitely long.
Worst service ever!

First they didn't do their job right and now they aren't ready to listen any feedback about their services rendered.

I cannot emphasize strongly enough how awful this business it. The advertise a $50 in home clean up and then charge a huge amount for an area rug cleaning. Additionally, when they took my area rug, I noticed that the man who took it was in a personal mini van with Florida plates (I'm in NJ)... definitely suspicious. The took my run on May 26 and told me it would be returned in two weeks. Its 6 weeks later now and still the rug hasn't been returned. Customer service is awful and I have had to call literally 6 times to find out when my rug would be returned. I have been put on hold for over 20 minutes and then get disconnected, and then get beyond rude agents. I made an appointment to have the run returned today between 1-3:00. It's almost 6:00 and no rug, no call. But I do have two texts confirming that they would be here between 1-3:00. OMG then I called and they said "the texts are just generated by a computer and sometimes are wrong." HUH? OMG AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

I should've looked at the reviews before booking an appointment with this company, I booked an appointment on Monday and they scheduled me for Saturday morning (tomorrow) I get a call at 10:15PM night before Saying they have to cancel because they don't have anyone in my area for tomorrow, but I got a text this morning confirming the appointment (What!) they said they can reschedule for the following Saturday, of course not! I canceled plans to be home for this and now I have to wait until Monday to find another company and definitely going with another more reliable company, A total waste of my time.

We were confirmed with All green carpet cleaners for a 10am-12pm slot for a move out clean. I took off from work and waited sitting for 2 hours. They didn't show up and finally called at 11:45 and canceled because the technician is running late and pushed it for afternoon. The lady who called wasn't even polite enough and obviously didn't care about the business.

Scammers! Do not fall for their false advertisement! They don't even do basic carpet cleaning! A high school kid showed up two hours late and he could not speak English, which made almost impossible to communicate with because he said "I speak Hebrew only"! I felt bad for him and how lost he looked so decided to give him a chance since it doesn't matter what language you speak when it comes to carpet cleaning; HUGE MISTAKE! He only had basic carpet cleaning equipment! No high performance carpet cleaning machines- no carpet extractor- nothing like that! Only a big bucket and a manual water sprayer! I found this out until after paying- and he was done with the two rooms in less than 20 minutes! He probably only sprayed water to the carpet because no one who cleans a carpet well takes less then 20 minutes! Plus the carpet looked the same as before except for the wet part! I am so disgusted with this unethical company Because it rips you off and scammers you right in your face! The kid didn't even give me a copy of the receipt And I had to harassed the company for a copy! They make you pay first and then once you have paid there's no way to get you money back even if you are unsatisfied because their invoice small print says something like: "you paid because you are satisfied..." which is bull crap because you don't get a copy of the invoice until after you have paid and they leave, which doesn't guarantee your satisfaction! This company will also give you one price over the phone and once they arrive they change the price to over twice as much: "if you want shampoo"! Isn't shampooing the carpet part of basic cleaning?! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID!
