I ordered a pack of three filters and received it very quickly with free shippiing to boot. I started to replace the factory installed filter and immedieately had trouble with the door that is supposed to lock back in and retain the filter. It wouldn't stay closed and the new filter kept popping out with some water leakage each time I tried. I examined the new filter comparing it with the old one and belief there is very little difference, if any, in the dimensions and figures that handle the water through the filter. After a dozen or so attempts, the filter door stayed shut and has remained so but we are very cautious in not jarring the fridge, a two year old Whirlpool. So far so good! I suspect the filter is not the cause of this issue but rather a poorly enginered or defective filter door. Replacing the filter holder is a $280+ venture I am not eager to pursue and that's only the cost of a new filter holder. Time will tell on how well things go from here but I can say doing business with All Filters has been excellent.
