This filter is high quality and All Filter's price is excellent. Filters ordered previously were shipped and delivered in a timely fashion.
I ordered the item from All Filters that was listed for my Whirlpool refrigerator model. However the connecting end is configured a little different than the old filter. I was able to install it, but when trying to use the water feature on the front of my refrigerator all I get is a trickle. I have tried removing it and reinstalling it but it makes no difference. I do not know if it is the change in the filter connection end or that something is wrong with my refrigerator. My refrigerator is 17 years old.
I've been ordering from AllFilters for a while now. Their quality, cost effectiveness, and speed of delivery are top notch. No reason to shop anywhere else for filters!

The 12x20x1 MERV11 filters I ordered were received promptly an in excellent condition.
There were a couple of specific things I wish were available on the site, but not a terribly big deal:
(1) I would like to order in packs of 4 but it seems the only choice is in packs of 6.
(2) MERV 12 was not available in the size I ordered (12x20x1). Only MERV 11 and MERV 13 are available.
Again, not a big deal. I have two projects that each use 4 filters at a time which is why a 4 pack is more handy. I can order packs of 6, it just means OI buy ahead a little more than usual. I just started using these filters so if they work well over time, I will shop again at AllFilters.

Within minutes of my placing my order, I realized the shipping address was wrong, so I immediately called All Filters. A person answered the phone, I explained to the person that I had given the wrong address when I ordered the filter, and the person promptly looked up my order (I had provided the order number), confirmed the [wrong] address, I gave the person the correct address, the person repeated/confirmed the correct address, and said the order would be changed to be sent to the correct address (and thanked me again for the order). Three days later, the ordered filters arrived - at the correct address. Thank you, All Filters, for taking care of this mistake of mine an making it clear to me that you understood my mistake and proceeded to make the requested correction. I will be a return customer for ordering filters I need in the future.

Can't find water filters locally but Allfilters has what we need. HVAC filters are great quality and less expensive than WM... plus free shipping. If you plan in advance this is the best service I've found.
