Pet Peeve - the applicable sales tax is added on after the Credit Card Info is applied. This makes for extra editing. For a business this is time consuming.

Best price and I like that they are made to order when you have a size that's not as popular, yet the cost is comparable to the more easily available ones. The first order was left out in the rain behind my house, in spite of two covered patio areas where deliveries are typically dropped off. The filters were wet, which was the shipping companies fault, but they replaced them for me anyway. Ironically, the shipping company did it again for some reason, but I got them before the rain started. The quality seems to be better than other companies I've tried - well made. Thanks All Filters!
