I have an odd sized filter for my small unit. All filters was one of the few that have that size. They also have carbon filters. I'm in a condo and the person above me smokes indoors regularly. The smell comes down through the vents. The carbon filter eliminated it almost fully.

In July 2025, I ordered two EDR2RXD1 filters (I have the order which clearly shows the correct filter model number), but you shipped me two EDRARXD1 filters instead. When I called and spoke with Franz, I was told to ship the filters back and I had to pay $11.95 to USPS for the shipping. This was your error and you should reimburse me for the shipping cost.
