Filters are fine but delivery was somewhat of a problem. My order took 2 days from Salt Lake City to Orlando, FL and then 8 days from Orlando to Gainesville, a distance of less than 100 miles.
The whole process was very smooth and easy to navigate.

The filters sent, after confirming twice were incorrect Now I have to pay to send them back and get the correct filter. New filter was received, turns out the manual that came with our refrigerator was incorrect and had the wrong filter number listed. All Filters sent the correct one and credited our account when the wrong filter was returned.
