Easy to navigate website for ordering and checkout, this is true but the packaging is inadequate. The original filter boxes were damaged although I inspected and found no damaged to the filter themselves. I was disappointed because the same thing happened on a previous order and I had requested better packaging not just bubble wrap. Unfortunately it came in bubble wrap. I have a photo if the vendor is interested.
