I ordered this same 3-pack about 1 1/2 years ago and one of the filters was defective. Called my plumber as I could not get it to work and neither could he. However, after changing to another new filter everything worked just fine and he said that we must have had a defective filter. I only hope that does not happen again! I am ordering from you again in good faith!
