I made my order and also called to make sure I had the correct filter for my refrigerator and the lady was very nice. I got the filters in a sufficient amount of time. My husband went to put it on and it was NOT compatible with the one we have. I purchased a 3 pack. I emailed to find out how to return and try and get the right ones. I did what I was asked in the email and have not heard back from anyone.
