The products seem to work great, high quality and exact fit, for a discounted price. No complaints on any of that, and that is why I'm back here today, BUT... customer service is at times lacking. I made a big purchase of several air and water filters for my last refrigerator, again no complaints on your product quality, but immediately after the receipt of my purchase the refrigerator broke down. I had to buy a new one, and thought MAYBE they'll take my initial purchase in for some kind of credit towards a similar filter purchase for the new refrigerator. I left messages, sent a description of what happened to customer service... that was in June with no response/reply as of yet. If it weren't for the fact that you have great prices and excellent quality I wouldn't be back, and I shopped your product a little harder looking for a similar deal, had I found one I wouldn't have returned.
